通用型埋刮板輸送機(jī)對(duì)所輸送的物料有下列要求：
1、物料容重：γ=0.2~1.8t/m3；
2、物料溫度：t<100°C；
3、含水率：對(duì)于一般物料，不得使物料用手捏成團(tuán)后不易松散；對(duì)于含水率增加后會(huì)增大粘著性和壓結(jié)性，不能使物料嚴(yán)重粘附刮板。
粒度：物料的粒度與其硬度有關(guān)，粒度太大，則不宜輸送。對(duì)物料粒度的要求見下表：
